House Democrats reject combined congressional stock ban and voter ID bill

Dozens of House Democrats voted against a bill that merges a congressional stock trading ban with a federal voter ID requirement. The House separately passed a measure banning members from buying stocks, as well as the SAVE America Act addressing voter ID, as part of budget reconciliation.
