S&P Global appoints Thomas Kim chief legal officer

On October 9, S&P Global announced Thomas Kim will become chief legal officer effective October 19, reporting to CEO Martina Cheung and overseeing Legal, Government Affairs, Risk and Compliance. Kim has over 30 years’ experience, including at Gartner and Thomson Reuters; Steve Kemps will retire at year-end and advise through December 31.
