Bernstein cuts L3Harris target to $318 from $346

On Oct. 14, Bernstein’s Douglas Harned maintained Outperform and cut the target to $318 from $346. He cited a difficult U.S. defense Q3 setup, a stalled congressional budget delaying program funding, and uncertainty ahead of the Nov. 3 midterm elections.
