Sea plans IPO for financial services arm Monee and AI enterprise platform, Reuters reports

On Oct. 20, 2026, Reuters reported that an internal memo from founder Forrest Li said Sea plans a public listing for Monee and will launch an AI-first enterprise platform named Sea Cloud. Monee operates in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Taiwan and Brazil. Li said group quarterly revenue had grown more than 80 times to $7.8 billion since its 2017 NYSE listing.
