Biohaven 8-K (1.01, 7.01, 9.01): entered into a material agreement

Biohaven granted Ono exclusive rights to develop and commercialize three MoDE IgG degraders in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and ASEAN, for $80 million upfront, a potential $20 million milestone and about 20% royalties; BHV-1300 is in Phase 3 for Graves’ disease.
