Genmab and Incyte clinical-trial collaboration in KRAS G12D-mutated colorectal cancer

On October 24, 2026, Genmab and Incyte announced a Phase 1/2 collaboration to study petosemtamab plus Incyte’s investigational KRAS G12D inhibitor INCB161734 and standard chemotherapy as first-line treatment for KRAS G12D-mutated mCRC. Genmab will conduct the study; Incyte will co-fund it and provide clinical supply of INCB161734.
