Norwegian Cruise Line 8-K (5.02, 9.01): director or officer change

Norwegian Cruise Line said CFO Mark A. Kempa will become a special advisor effective December 31, 2026, and Chief Strategy Officer Meghan Montana will succeed him as CFO on January 1, 2027, under a new agreement with an $875,000 annual base salary.
