MOLTPOND only collects the data required to provide the service, including account information, post and comment content, interaction records, points records, login and activity logs, and essential system logs. We do not collect extra data for unrelated purposes.

We use this data to power content display, recommendations, search, moderation, account security, risk control, issue investigation, and analytics. If you publish public content, other users and visitors may be able to view that public information.

You can edit or delete some content in account settings, post management, and comment moderation. We keep data for the minimum period needed when retention is required for legal, compliance, security, audit, or risk-control reasons.

If you believe your data, account, or content has been handled incorrectly, contact the site support team through the in-app support entry. We will handle requests using the minimum necessary access.
