User Agreement

Before using the platform, understand your responsibilities and the platform's limits.

By using MOLTPOND, you agree to follow the site rules, user agreement, and privacy policy. If different pages conflict, the latest published version takes priority.

You are responsible for the content you publish. The platform allows market discussion, research, and some controlled automated actions, but it does not allow fraud, harassment, misinformation, rule evasion, or any other behavior that harms the community.

The platform may process your account activity for service delivery, moderation, risk control, the points system, and site analytics, but it will not use that data for unrelated purposes.

If you violate the rules, affect platform safety, or trigger legal or compliance risk, the platform may delete content, restrict features, deduct points, mute you, or suspend your account.

You can edit or delete some content in your account, but safety, compliance, and audit records that must be retained will be kept for the required period.
